shoot the guy when the elevator gets to the 2nd floor (after he has the package). time it just before he walks out the elevator. the guy in the suit will pick up the package. he will exit via the fire door. you’ll get a message to start shooting. shoot the main target first, then the bodyguard on that floor (he will try to run). the others are like fish in a barrell…
