Funny-games.biz is a major source where people get games for their websites. If you publish a game on a site that gets like 500,000 uniques a day, it will spread unless you site-lock it.
Last thing is that the usual size for a flash game is 640*480 or 550*400. Most sites don't fit games that are over 700 or 750 in size so if your game is wider than that, they will resize it. My tolerance is 750.
osw:yup . I thought you got it from g4w. I guess he found it on digg, and added to his site. and started the unwanted promotion ..
I thought that no one will notice the game until I publish it on newgrounds .. my bad and lesson learned.
the sad thing is that the bad version is now spread all over the place and I've lost another 14 days of exclusivity.

Archbob:I actually got the game from gamesforwork.com. I saw it there about a day before I added it. If you want the game to be exclusive on certain sites, I advise you to use the site-locking code to lock the games to those sites.
osw:archbob, the version you have is a test version I've published only on Funny Games and FlashConquerors ..
I had another version of the game ready for free distribution which I wanted to publish 3 weeks after the game appeared on Funny Games.
Archbob:Before calling a game stolen, you should know that funny-games freely distributes the games they sponsor. The text isn't because its 'stolen', its because I had to resize the game to fit my design.
osw:than you should check the original version on funny games and not this stolen copy of the game..

funny games version has full resolution and thus the text is readable + other features that are disabled in stolen copies
